PEMERIKSAAN HISTEROSALPINGOGRAFI TANPA FLUOROSCOPY PADA KASUS INFERTILITAS PRIMER

Abstract
Primary infertility is a disorder of the reproductive system in couples who have had sex without contraception but have
never had children. HSG is a radiological examination with contrast media to detect the tubes without fluoroscopy. The
purpose of this study was to determine the patient's preparation before HSG examination, the mechanism and
radiographic technique of HSG examination without fluoroscopy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case
study approach. The results of the study were that the patient's preparation before the examination was carried out by
making an appointment and the patient was informed of several other preparations, the examination was carried out by
a radiology doctor by inserting contrast material into the peritoneal cavity using a pelvic radiography technique. The
conclusion is that the patient must do some preparation before the HSG examination, the supporting tools used in the
HSG examination are DR monitors instead of fluoroscopy, the radiographic techniques used are plain AP pelvic photos,
AP pelvic photos with contrast, right and left oblique pelvic photos, and post void pelvis photo.

Abstrak
Infertilitas primer yaitu gangguan sistem reproduksi pada pasangan yang sudah berhubungan seksual tanpa kontrasepsi
namun tidak pernah memiliki anak. HSG adalah pemeriksaan radiologi dengan media kontras untuk mendeteksi tuba
tanpa fluoroscopy. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persiapan pasien sebelum pemeriksaan HSG, mekanisme dan
teknik radiografi pada pemeriksaan HSG tanpa fluoroscopy. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan
pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yaitu persiapan pasien sebelum dilakukan pemeriksaan yaitu melakukan
perjanjian dan pasien diberitahukan beberapa persiapan lain, pemeriksaan dilakukan oleh dokter radiologi dengan
memasukkan bahan kontras ke rongga peritoneal dengan menggunakan teknik radiografi pelvis. Kesimpulannya bahwa
pasien harus melakukan beberapa persiapan sebelum dilakukannya pemeriksaan HSG, alat penunjang yang digunakan
pada pemeriksaan HSG adalah monitor DR sebagai pengganti fluoroscopy, teknik radiografi yang digunakan adalah foto
pelvis AP polos, foto pelvis AP dengan kontras, foto pelvis oblique kanan dan kiri, dan foto pelvis post void.
