CT ANGIOGRAPHY PADA ANEURISMA ARTERI KOMUNIKANS ANTERIOR

Abstract
Intracranial aneurysm is an abnormality in blood vessels in the brain due to a weakness in the wall that causes outpouching of blood vessel walls, where the formation of intracranial aneurysms can be caused
by hemodynamic stress, endothelial dysfunction and the inflammatory process. is a CT scan of cerebral angiography. This case report shows a 48-year-old female patient complaining of seizures and severe
headaches. A CT scan was performed and an image reconstruction was performed so that an image was obtained that helped establish the diagnosis. Obtained measurement results in image reconstruction of 3.9
x 7.4 mm with a neck measuring 2.9 mm. So computed tomography cerebral scanning angiography is a modality that is still very reliable in the diagnosis of aneurysm.
