Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Stres Kerja Pada Guru di SDN Ciputat 01 Kecamatan Ciputat Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2020

Abstract

The teacher is an educator who provides teachings on matters related to learning to students. Therefore, teachers must always be in a healthy condition and avoid stress due to a lot of work, which aims to empower the role and function of teachers in the classroom or in the world of education with the hope of an increase in the achievement of their students

This research was conducted in May 2020 by filling out a questionnaire on the Google form to the Ciputat 01 Elementary School teacher in Ciputat Subdistrict, South Tangerang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work stress and factors related to work stress on teachers at SDN Ciputat 01. The data obtained were then performed statistical tests using chi square.

The results showed that 13 people (59.1%) experienced moderate stress. Based on univariate results it is known that respondents with a young age of 16 people (72.7%), respondents who have a Bachelor's level of education are 21 people (95.5%), respondents who are married as many as 17 people (77.3%), and respondents included in the old teaching group were 15 people (68.2%). Based on bivariate analysis, it is known that the variables associated with work stress on the teacher are workload variables.
