This research aims to analyze the procedure of cruris MRI with soft tissue tumors case at Premier Surabaya Hospital with literature study approach.

The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The author collected data by observing in the field in March 2020 at the Radiology Installation of Premier Hospital Surabaya. The method of data collection is done by direct observation, literature study, and using worksheets to record research results.

The results of this research shows there are slight differences between the procedure in the field with the theory in terms of patient preparation and orientation of the cruris MRI examination with soft tissue tumors case at Premier Hospital Surabaya.

This research concludes it is important to do the examination procedure that referred to theory in order to produce a good picture and accurate diagnosis, but in certain circumstances there are some things that are not done according to theory depend on the circumstances and situation in the field.
