In this context, this artifact causes image blurring, reduces the clarity of anatomical structures, and may compromise diagnostic accuracy. Therefore, this research was conducted to investigate the relationship between motion artifacts and the image quality of non-contrast head CT scans.\r\nResearch Objective: This research aimed to analyse image quality, the degree of motion artifacts, and the relationship between motion artifacts and the image quality of non-contrast head computed tomography (CT) scans.\r\nResearch Design: This research applied an analytical observational method with a quantitative approach. Secondary data consisting of non-contrast head CT images were evaluated by the respondents using a standardized grading sheet. The research included a sample of 15 non-contrast head CT images obtained from the Radiology Department of Hermina Hospital, Depok. As for the data, they were analysed using Cohen\'s kappa test to assess inter-rater agreement and Spearman\'s rank correlation test to examine the relationship between motion artifacts and image quality.\r\nResearch Results: The results showed that there is a Cohen\'s kappa coefficient of 0.793, indicating good inter-rater agreement among the respondents.
