Gambaran Umum Pelaksanaan Program Tuberkulosis Paru Dalam Penemuan Kasus Tuberkulosis Paru Di Puskesmas Kecamatan Setiabudi Tahun 2025

The Setiabudi District Community Health Center in South Jakarta is a primary healthcare facility that plays a crucial role in controlling infectious diseases, particularly pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). In 2024, the Case Detection Rate (CDR) in this area reached 113%, an increase from 111% the previous year. However, the treatment success rate declined from 88% in 2023 to 80% in 2024, although the conversion rate increased from 94% to 97%.rnrnThe research conducted is descriptive with a case study approach, this study aims to determine the description of the implementation of the pulmonary tuberculosis program in the discovery of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Setiabudi sub-district health center in 2025. The scope of the study is regarding the achievement of pulmonary tuberculosis case discovery with CDR indicators in the Setiabudi sub-district health center, knowing the characteristics of individual TB sufferers (age and gender), and knowing the implementation of suspect screening, active discovery and sanitation clinics in the Setiabudi sub-district health center in 2025. The population in this study were all patients who received treatment from TB.03 and TB.06 at the Setiabudi sub-district health center in 2024, all pulmonary TB officers and all environmental health officers and the sample was the entire population.rnrnBased on the results of the research conducted, the conclusion obtained is that the achievement of TB case detection has met the national standard, namely 70%, the criteria for individuals aged 15-50 are 64.7% and the majority are male at 59.2%, suspect screening is 99.5%, active detection is 12.1% has not been running optimally, passive detection is 87.9% has been optimal and sanitation clinics are 100%, however, TB counseling services at sanitation clinics have not been running optimally.rnrnBibliography:rnClassification: Epidemiology : 6rnTuberculosis : 13rnHealth : 3rnEnvironmental Health : 2rnSanitation Clinic : 4rnManagement : 3rnRegulations : 6rnResearch Methodology : 5
