RANCANG BANGUN DATA LOGGER SEBAGAI ALAT UJI AUTOKLAF DILENGKAPI TILT SENSOR DAN PENYIMPANAN DATA BERBASIS INTERNET of THINGS (IoT).
Sterilization refers to the process of eliminating all viable microorganisms from a given material or rninstrument. This research presents the design and development of a Data Logger intended as an rnautoclave testing instrument, featuring an integrated tilt sensor and Internet of Things (IoT)-based rndata storage. Autoclave testing involves the acquisition of temperature data throughout the rnsterilization cycle to assess the effectiveness and consistency of the process. The proposed system rnincorporates a tilt sensor within the Data Logger’s control mechanism, a PT1000 temperature rnsensor, and an ADS1115 analog-to-digital converter to ensure enhanced measurement precision. rnThese components are governed by an ESP32-C3 microcontroller, which also manages onboard rndata storage and facilitates connectivity to an IoT-enabled web server. System evaluations were rnconducted to verify functional reliability and measurement accuracy. The results demonstrated that rnthe PT1000 sensor achieved an average accuracy rate of 97.3%, with a measurement resolution of rn0.1°C. The tilt sensor was utilized to regulate data logging intervals at specific angular orientations rn(0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°), and the collected data were displayed via the web server interface. The rnsuccessful implementation of the system indicates that the Data Logger is capable of efficiently rnmanaging time-based data acquisition and provides an accessible platform for users to monitor rntemperature readings during the sterilization process.
