The 3D Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT) technique was chosen because it is capable of delivering precise radiation doses to the tumor target while maintaining protection of sensitive brain tissue. This study aims to analyze the management of external radiation therapy using 3D-CRT in such cases.rnResearch Objective: This research aims to analyse the use of the 3D Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT) technique in the treatment of paediatric patients with neuroblastoma conducted at Radiotherapy Department of MRCCC Siloam Hospital Semanggi.rnResearch Method: This research applies a qualitative method with descriptive approach. The research was undertaken at Radiotherapy Department of MRCCC Siloam Hospital Semanggi. Data collection began in November 2024, with a sample consisting of one paediatric patient.rnResearch Results: Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that this research utilized a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was carried out at Radiotherapy Department of MRCCC Siloam Hospital Semanggi. The research period began concurrently with the reseracher’s clinical internship (PKL) at the same hospital, with the supporting data collected from November to December 2024. Data collection was conducted on December 2, 2024, involving one paediatric patient diagnosed with neuroblastoma who underwent treatment using the 3D Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT) technique. The treatment process included several key stages like among the other things patient preparation, equipment and material setup, simulation using the CT Simulator, treatment planning in the Treatment Planning System (TPS) room, verification using the On-Board Imager (OBI), and radiation delivery in the LINAC treatment room.rnKeywords : Radiotherapy, Paediatrics, Multiple Brain Metastases of Neuroblastoma, 3D-CRT
