It provides detailed rnvisualization of the uterine cavity as well as the shape and patency of the fallopian tubes. In rnrelation to which, at Hermina Hospital Bogor, HSG is performed using contrast media to rnoutline the uterine cavity, with the patient projections in anteroposterior (AP) and right rnposterior oblique (RPO) positions, particularly for the cases of clinical infertility. This researchrnwas undertaken at Hermina Hospital Bogor starting from March up to May 2025, using a rndescriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, in which the data were obtained rnthrough a direct observation. Based on the practical implementation and discussion of the rnHysterosalpingography (HSG) procedure conducted at Hermina Hospital Bogor, it can be rnconcluded that the use of a perturbator as an assistive device for contrast media administration rnsignificantly contributes to the success of the procedure.
