Evaluasi Pemeriksaan Lopografi Dengan Dua Cara Pemasukan Kontras di RS Hermina Bogor

In radiological practice, lophography is a radiological procedure used to evaluate the rnanatomy and function of the large intestine, particularly in postoperative patients with rnconditions such as colostomy or ileostomy. In relation to which, at Hermina Hospital rnBogor, this examination is performed by using two methods of contrast administrationrnnamely through the stoma and via the anus.rnThis research aims to describe and evaluate the lophography examination procedure rnusing two methods of contrast administration, as well as to assess their effectiveness in rnproviding optimal radiological imaging. This research applies a qualitative method with rndescriptive study approach, with the data collected through among the other things rnobservation, interviews, and literature review. As for the data, they were obtained from rnRadiology Department of Hermina Hospital Bogor starting from February up to May 2025, rninvolving the patients who underwent lophography examinations using AP and LPO rnprojections.
