EVALUASI KUALITAS GAMBAR PEMERIKSAAN OS FEMUR PADA PASIEN TIDAK KOOPERATIF DENGAN KLINIS FRAKTUR DI RSPM
This research discusses the radiographic examination techniques of the femur (os femur) in the uncooperative patients with clinical femur fractures. Femur radiographic examination is a critical procedure in diagnosing femoral fractures. However, the challenges arise when the patients are uncooperative due to among the other things severe pain, decreased consciousness, or other medical conditions. In this matter, patient uncooperativeness can lead to any motion artifacts, positioning errors, and limited projections, all of which reduce image quality. In relation to which, at RSPM, examinations are performed using Anteroposterior (AP) and Mediolateral projections. The results of this research indicate that the Mediolateral projection is more effective for uncooperative patients with femur fractures.
