The TI variations applied were namely 100 ms, 160 ms, and 200 ms, with the evaluation focusing on anatomical information and contrast resolution.rnThis research is analytical quantitative research with an experimental approach, conducted at Radiology Department of Pertamina Central Hospital starting from March up to April 2025. The research population included all MRI examinations of the knee joint, with a total of 10 samples selected. As for the research instrument used, it was a respondent-based assessment questionnaire. Thereafter, data were then analysed using the non-parametric Friedman test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.rnThe results of this research demonstrate a significant difference in the quality of anatomical image information and contrast resolution across the different TI values. A TI value of 160 ms yielded the highest ratings for anatomical information compared to TI values of 100 ms and 200 ms (p 0.05). Similarly, for contrast resolution, the 160 ms TI also showed significantly superior results (p 0.05). Therefore, a TI value of 160 ms in the PDW SPAIR sequence is recommended as the optimal parameter for producing higher-quality sagittal MRI images of the knee.rnrnrnKeywords : MRI Knee Joint, SPAIR, Time InversionrnReferences : 8 Books + 39 Journals (2003–2024)
