Analisis Informasi Citra Diagnostik Pembobotan T2 STIR Black Blood dengan T2 Black Blood Potongan Short Axis Pada Pemeriksaan Cardiac MR (MRI Jantung) di RS Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita
This study aims to analyze image information and diagnostic information between T2-weighted STIR Black Blood and T2-weighted Black Blood in short axis view using Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance.
The design of this study is analytic quantitative by comparative approach. The study was conducted from February through April 2018 at National Cardiovascular Center Hospital of Harapan Kita. Population of the study was all of patients in Cardiac MRI examination. There were 15 people involved as the sample in adult patients category indicated have Myocardial Edema (Purposive Non Random Sampling technique). Instruments of the study were worksheets and questionnaires. The image results using T2-weighted STIR Black Blood and T2-weighted Black Blood with aspect being assessed is anatomy information, Myocardial Edema evaluation, and spatial resolution. The image results will be assessed by the respondents, then using Non Parametric Wilcoxon Two-Sample Test and Parametric Paired Sample T Test with Computer Statistics Program.
The statistical results of the respondents' assessment of anatomy image quality aspects was obtained p value (0.018) ≤ 0.050, then for Myocardial Edema evaluation was obtained p value (0.001) ≤ 0.050 and for spatial resolution was obtained p value (0.000) ≤ 0.050. This result showed that H0 was rejected. From each result of p value in these three aspects explained that there were significant differences in aspects of anatomy image quality, assessment of Myocardial Edema, and assessment of Spatial Resolution.
The conclusion of this study is H0 rejected which explained that image information and diagnostic information of Cardiac MRI short axis view on T2-weighted STIR Black Blood and T2-weighted Black Blood have significant differences in these three aspects assessed, there are anatomy image quality, Myocardial Edema evaluation, and spatial resolution. T2-weighted STIR Black Blood was more accurate in identifying Myocardial Edema than T2-weighted Black Blood.
