Perbandingan Kelaikan Dialyzer RE-USE Di Rumah Sakit X: Studi Kasus Pada URR Dan TCV

One of the medical devices in hemodialysis installations that play an important role in the supportive actions of organ function is the dialysis process using dialyzer. Where a dialyzer is a medical device that serves as a dialysis tool that replaces kidney function as life support is closely related to two aspects, namely aspects of safety and security aspects. Knowing the eligibility of a dialyzer can provide information about the condition of the membrane membrane filtration capabilities and makes it possible to make decisions about the use of a patient-friendly dialyzer reuse. This study aims to determine the feasibility of dialyzer reuse with URR and TCV method. Data were collected on 25 respondents who had hemodialysis twice a week in hospital with time for 5 hours. At the test of the level of goodness is calculated the value of URR and TCV so that the value of dialyzer eligibility of each respondent. The results will be presented in the form of tables and graphs.
