Automatic Suction Pump Dilengkapi Safety Berbasis Arduino

Suction pump is a medical device that serves to suck fluids or particles on the human body to a collection container using vacuum motor suction system. Suction pump uses a motor rotation system to drive the suction pump element. Generally set on the suction pump is only the amount of suction power generated by the suction pump. Production of suction pump automatization module is intended to avoid motor damage due to excess fluid that added automatization with Arduino Uno, four choice of suction power based on usage application, liquid level detection sensor on jar using water level sensor, pressure sensor using MPX5500DP, controlling for moving jar using solenoid valve, and full indicator alarm using buzzer. Power Supply +24 VDC, +12 VDC, and +5 VDC as voltage source, Arduino Uno as control center, and 16x2 LCD as main display. Level of accuracy of the module using MPX5500DP pressure sensor is 96.3% and using Pressure Meter is 95.7%.
